The Hustinx Prize for Drama Writers is awarded to an author or authors, in the opinion of the jury, who are deserving of a prize for drama on stage, television, cinema, or streaming service in the Dutch language.The prize of 8,000 euros is awarded every two years, once to an author from Belgium and once to an author from the Netherlands.
The Hustinx Prize for Drama Writers is intended as an award for recognition of an author or collective with an exceptional achievement in the same or preceding year of the award ceremony.
